Location: In-person role located in the Barbados office (Bridgetown)

Salary: BBD 45,000 annual starting salary, plus performance-based event bonuses

What you will do

• Perform intensive desk and telephone research to identify industry trends and key figures.
• Create business-benefit oriented summit programs and content.
• Identify, invite, and confirm top-level corporate speakers within strict deadlines.
• Manage the execution and delivery of the summit program onsite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is a minimum requirement.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for research and copywriting.
• Ability to analyze complex information and think both logically and creatively.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
• Proactive, high-energy personality capable of communicating with top managers.
