What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of senior architects across enterprise architecture.
• Shape enterprise and software architecture to align with business strategy and cybersecurity product direction.
• Influence technical decisions in enterprise applications, integration, cloud/on-prem, security, data, APIs, and microservices.
• Drive architectural capabilities in a global R&D organization.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and make decisions in complex environments.

Requirements

• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Proven senior technical leadership (Technical Lead, IT Lead, Architect, Engineering Manager)
• Strong hands-on software architecture in modern environments
• Experience with multi-cloud/hybrid architectures and large-scale complex tech
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, eCommerce, digital customer journeys
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills
