Manager, Purchasing (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead procurement activities including negotiating contracts, selecting, managing, and auditing suppliers.
• Conduct supplier relationship management, quarterly meetings, audits, and ratings.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for raw materials and other categories.
• Collaborate with new product development teams to align materials with project goals and schedules.
• Drive site initiatives to reduce costs of purchased goods and services as part of site leadership.
• Manage and develop the purchasing team, and establish policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years purchasing experience in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience driving change, continuous improvement, and lean supply chain techniques.
• Knowledge of domestic and international freight management.
• Strong strategic, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
