What you will do

• Assist with monthly management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process purchase invoices with checks and reconciliations.
• Perform cash reconciliations and assist with supplier payments.
• Review venue timesheets for timely reporting.
• Support payroll and weekly financial reporting & analysis.
• Maintain accounting filing system and ensure quality control over transactions.
• Provide continuous support to finance team processes.
