What you will do

• Ensure high-quality, transparent, and timely release delivery across multiple teams.
• Develop and adapt interaction processes between interrelated technical systems.
• Lead technical negotiations with developers, analysts, and external partners.
• Manage project risks, changes, and partner acceptance testing.
• Prioritize backlogs and plan release tasks in coordination with technical leads and architects.
• Oversee resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT.
• Proven track record of managing large cross-functional teams and complex integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and classical project management methodologies.
• Ability to handle multi-team releases and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv for on-site work.
