TL;DR

Senior Account Executive: Sell a platform of infrastructure and application software solutions to Global 1000 clients with an accent on executive selling, proactive prospecting, and leading sales campaigns. Focus on shaping opportunities early in the sales cycle, meeting revenue targets, and serving as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders.

Location: United Kingdom (Remote). 50% travel required for tradeshows and customer meetings.

What you will do

  • Sell portfolio of infrastructure and application software to Global 1000 clients.
  • Proactively prospect, lead meetings, and develop prospects with Field Marketing.
  • Lead sales campaigns with sales engineers, marketing, and lab teams.
  • Meet revenue targets, grow sales pipeline, and create territory plans.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with management.
  • Research customer industries, align solutions to business/IT priorities, and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience in solution software to Global 1000 clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Outstanding communication skills, business acumen for complex customers
  • Ability to work independently, influence others, and deliver results
  • Impeccable honesty, integrity, and ethics
  • Active use of Salesforce for forecasts and pipeline management

  • History as top performer with quotas over $2M and large transactions
  • Experience with complex multi-year subscription and perpetual licenses
