What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of major client features for a multi-window desktop application.
• Lead client-side infrastructure initiatives, including authentication migration and A/B testing systems.
• Drive the incremental modernization of the frontend technology stack.
• Manage integrations with native plugins using C# and FFmpeg.
• Maintain high engineering standards through ownership and rigorous code reviews.
• Mentor and grow junior frontend developers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with Redux and IndexedDB.
• Proven track record of building desktop or hybrid applications (Electron, CEF, or similar).
• Experience working with large, mature codebases.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with video/media pipelines or FFmpeg.
• Knowledge of native integrations and C#.
• Experience with client-side databases or observability tools.
• Background in mentoring engineers.
