What you will do

• Investigate verified application issues within defined timelines based on priority.
• Identify resolutions ensuring software integrity for the generic customer base.
• Create detailed technical support documentation as required.
• Provide support and guidance to users and colleagues.
• Work closely with Design, Test, and Development teams on future functionality and consolidated solutions.
• Specify, develop, and implement interfaces to support the core product.
• Contribute to resource timing estimates and monitor personal project performance, taking corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in software engineering with focus on issue investigation and resolution.
• Ability to develop and implement interfaces.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Design, Test, Development).
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation.
