Sales Trainer

TL;DR

Sales Trainer (Fuel & Fleet Payments): Provide sales training and coaching to Inside Sales teams with an accent on inductions, ongoing development programs, and performance optimization. Focus on designing training solutions, coordinating sessions, and contributing to tools that enhance sales knowledge and skills.

Location: Based in Swindon office (onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm)

What you will do

• Support new starter inductions and ongoing training programs across Sales channels.
• Manage training itineraries, room bookings, scheduling, and administrative tasks for Sales Academy.
• Coordinate training and coaching sessions for sales teams.
• Design and develop training, coaching solutions for continuous improvement.
• Maintain tools to boost sales knowledge and skills.
• Foster supportive team culture and positive behaviours.

Requirements

• Experience coaching in sales or contact centre environment advantageous.
• Able to create training packs for classroom, virtual, or e-Learning.
• Inside sales experience with proven track record preferred.
• Comfortable delivering presentations.
• Understanding of training/coaching tools desirable.
• Knowledge of regulated products desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisation, time management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; self-motivated.
