What you will do
- Perform outbound calling to introduce fuel card services, EV charging solutions, and corporate payments.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve overall sales strategies.
Requirements
- Previous telesales or customer-facing sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong persuasive, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Knaresborough office.
