Business Development Manager (Fintech)

Location: Walsall, UK (Field-based combining home working and regular face-to-face customer visits)

What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with large FN50 Leasing organisations.
• Increase lead generation through partnership collaboration.
• Identify, engage, and close enterprise sales opportunities.
• Support customers in transitioning to EV and broader mobility solutions.
• Deliver strategic partnership reviews and compelling presentations.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to provide tailored solutions based on market insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic partnership development or strategic sales with large, complex organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness and sales acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
