What you will do
- Manage inbound telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are fully understood and met.
- Identify and recommend relevant products or services to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Perform daily administrative tasks and contribute to team knowledge sharing and decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Swindon, UK.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience and professionalism when handling complaints or complex queries.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a call center (desirable).
