What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable, cloud-native systems supporting global hospitality operations 24/7.
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code in C#/.NET on Microsoft Azure.
• Mentor engineers, sharing best practices in architecture, testing, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver reliable features.
• Contribute to architectural reviews, platform planning, and engineering process improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years at senior or staff level.
• Strong background in C#/.NET or similar backend language.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, performance, and observability.

• Comfort with ambiguity and balancing tech excellence with business outcomes.
