Global Payments Bid & Enablement Director (FinTech): Establish and lead a centralised global bid function within Global Payments division for complex multi-rail cross-border payments opportunities with an accent on qualification discipline, win-rate improvement, margin protection, and industrialising bid execution. Focus on designing global bid frameworks, orchestrating cross-functional coordination across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Risk, Legal, and scaling repeatable deals globally.

What you will do
- Establish bid/no-bid decision logic, qualification frameworks, pricing guardrails, and commercial risk controls for global payments RFPs.
- Develop strategy for priority RFPs, shape solution scope, commercial positioning, and align cross-functional teams for higher win probability.
- Build and govern global content library, standardise responses, deploy RFPIO integrated with Salesforce to reduce cycle times.
- Orchestrate execution handoffs, introduce SLAs, track conversion metrics, and continuously improve bid performance.
- Lead pursuit of strategic enterprise RFPs, multi-rail cross-border mandates, partner-driven opportunities, and proactive proposals.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise bid management, RFP strategy, or complex deal structuring in fintech, payments, banking, or regulated financial services
- Deep experience in cross-border payments, FX, treasury, or multi-rail infrastructure
- Proven ability to improve win-rates and commercial discipline in enterprise sales; experience in global matrixed organisations
- Strong commercial judgement, pricing fluency, stakeholder influence, Salesforce and RFP tooling proficiency
- Analytical mindset for metrics, executive communication skills; structured thinking, high ownership in ambiguity
