What you will do

• Interpret storyboards and animatics to block out scenes and establish composition and staging.
• Work closely with Layout Supervisor to align scenes with artistic vision and maintain consistency.
• Collaborate with animation, camera, and art direction teams for visual coherence.
• Propose creative solutions for composition, blocking, and camera animation challenges.
• Deliver high-quality sequences optimized for production pipeline.
• Participate in improving layout and previsualization processes.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years experience in 3D animation or VFX, specifically in layout/previz.
• Proficiency in Maya and camera/composition tools.
• Strong understanding of cinematography principles, staging, and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail and strong eye for visual analysis.
• Ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.
• Technical English (written and spoken) required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or automation tools.
