What you will do

• Provide direct primary healthcare and manage medical, pediatric, and obstetric emergencies.
• Manage the daily operations, technical, and administrative oversight of the Basic Health Centre.
• Oversee patient consultations and treatments to ensure alignment with clinical protocols and best practices.
• Implement infection prevention and control measures and provide health and hygiene promotion.
• Mentor and provide on-the-job training to health facility staff and community volunteers.
• Manage medical drug inventory and maintain effective relationships with local government agencies and communities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in clinical care and emergency medical management.
• Ability to lead a medical team and oversee clinic administration.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and dignity.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Kunduz, Afghanistan.
