What you will do

• Identify and engage top talent across the APAC market to support company growth.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and motivation.
• Manage candidate data within the ATS with high accuracy.
• Provide insights on the APAC talent market to refine sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Experience sourcing for tech or digital roles.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of the APAC talent market, especially Singapore, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
