Salary: €6,000–€8,000 per month (before tax)

What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend solutions in Go for business-critical, high-load systems.
• Collaborate on architectural and strategic technical decisions to ensure long-term maintainability and reliability.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and implement clean, testable code.
• Participate in the Scrum process, including workflow planning and execution.
• Optimize system internals and distributed architecture to drive performance and data integrity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of recent experience with Go as the primary programming language.
• Deep understanding of Go internals, including memory management, garbage collection, and multithreading.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience optimizing complex queries in relational databases.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• English: B1 (Intermediate) and Russian: Upper-Intermediate proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or other sectors where strict data integrity is critical.
• Knowledge of distributed applications and microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with DDD, Clean Architecture, or Hexagonal Architecture.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
