Location: Remote (EMEA)
Salary: £80K – £100K • Offers Commission • OTE 50-50 split

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and close one or more customers per month
- Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to signed contracts, focusing on strategic enterprise deals
- Source your own leads via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and build multi-threaded relationships
- Navigate technical buying processes with engineers, architects, and CTOs
- Shape early GTM playbook, pipeline-gen strategy with SDRs and marketing
- Drive compelling conversations and contribute to predictable revenue growth
Requirements
- 3–5 years in full-cycle B2B sales at SaaS company (devtools/infrastructure preferred)
- Proven track record closing deals £50K+ with mid-market/enterprise buyers
- Strong understanding of technical buying processes and selling to engineers/CTOs
- Exceptional communication, CRM-native (Salesforce), data-driven pipeline hygiene
- Experience sourcing pipeline independently in early-stage/hunter roles
- Skilled in prospecting tools (Apollo, Koala, Clay) and cold outreach
- Comfortable in remote, async-friendly, high-trust environment
