What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the regulatory compliance function, including licensing and audit readiness.
- Oversee gaming license applications, renewals, and regulatory filings across the organization and its affiliates.
- Manage and enhance the Gaming Compliance and Reporting Plan, ensuring adherence to Nevada Gaming Control Board requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, coordinating audits, investigations, and responses.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals to ensure effective workload distribution.
- Monitor evolving regulatory and legislative developments to provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong preference for the gaming industry.
- Proven leadership experience at the Director level managing teams in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and compliance reporting.
- Experience working directly with regulatory agencies through audits, hearings, or investigations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Must be based in Las Vegas, NV
Nice to have
- Experience with compliance systems or databases, specifically familiarity with ArdentSky.
- Background in other highly regulated industries.
