What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the regulatory compliance function, including licensing and audit readiness.
• Oversee gaming license applications, renewals, and regulatory filings across the organization and its affiliates.
• Manage and enhance the Gaming Compliance and Reporting Plan, ensuring adherence to Nevada Gaming Control Board requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, coordinating audits, investigations, and responses.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals to ensure effective workload distribution.
• Monitor evolving regulatory and legislative developments to provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong preference for the gaming industry.
• Proven leadership experience at the Director level managing teams in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and compliance reporting.
• Experience working directly with regulatory agencies through audits, hearings, or investigations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance systems or databases, specifically familiarity with ArdentSky.
• Background in other highly regulated industries.
