Location: Fully remote, enabling work from anywhere in the world

What you will do

  • Manage sales responsibility and profitability for High and Ultra‑High Vacuum solutions within assigned accounts and regions.
  • Lead, coach, and manage designated sales teams, agents, and distributors to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Define and execute territory and account strategies in alignment with regional objectives.
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with key customers in Analytics, R&D, Industrial, and Coating markets.
  • Develop custom system proposals in coordination with Systems Engineering and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 8 years of technical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong CRM knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Industrial (Rough Vacuum) and Advanced (High/UHV) pump markets preferred.
