What you will do
- Manage sales responsibility and profitability for High and Ultra‑High Vacuum solutions within assigned accounts and regions.
- Lead, coach, and manage designated sales teams, agents, and distributors to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Define and execute territory and account strategies in alignment with regional objectives.
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with key customers in Analytics, R&D, Industrial, and Coating markets.
- Develop custom system proposals in coordination with Systems Engineering and Marketing teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of technical experience.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong CRM knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Industrial (Rough Vacuum) and Advanced (High/UHV) pump markets preferred.
