What you will do
- Manage sustainability-related queues, back offices, and outbound responsible gaming contacts.
- Handle legal cases and GDPR requests from customers through various communication channels.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to meet strict SLA requirements.
- Proactively manage and de-risk High Net Worth (HNW) customers by promoting Safer Gambling tools.
- Analyze processes to improve the customer journey and develop training for CS agents.
- Ensure adherence to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations and report non-compliance incidents.
Requirements
- High level of understanding and experience with Safer Gambling and GDPR.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong stakeholder management and empathetic communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to support long-term business strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Ability to balance business needs with customer requirements.
