What you will do

  • Manage sustainability-related queues, back offices, and outbound responsible gaming contacts.
  • Handle legal cases and GDPR requests from customers through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to meet strict SLA requirements.
  • Proactively manage and de-risk High Net Worth (HNW) customers by promoting Safer Gambling tools.
  • Analyze processes to improve the customer journey and develop training for CS agents.
  • Ensure adherence to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations and report non-compliance incidents.

Requirements

  • High level of understanding and experience with Safer Gambling and GDPR.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong stakeholder management and empathetic communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to support long-term business strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Ability to balance business needs with customer requirements.
