What you will do
- Visit properties to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform general repairs and upkeep across the accommodation portfolio.
- Complete maintenance work to a consistently high standard.
- Identify issues proactively and help maintain property quality.
- Support safe, comfortable, and high-quality guest stays.
Requirements
- Proven experience and strong technical knowledge in repairs and maintenance.
- Proactive, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.
- Own transportation is required.
- Must be registered as self-employed or an auto-entrepreneur and able to issue monthly invoices.
