What you will do
- Lead and develop the Variable Compensation team, providing supervision and training.
- Design and manage global variable pay programs and sales incentive plans to drive performance.
- Develop annual compensation strategies and lead their communication to sales leaders.
- Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to manage budgets and optimize compensation tools.
- Analyze compensation data and provide regular reporting to identify trends and process improvements.
- Oversee payment calculations and act as the primary contact for complex compensation issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Compensation or HR roles, specifically with sales variable compensation.
- Expertise in managing complex incentive strategies, budget planning, and compliance regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for interpreting complex data sets.
- Experience as a People Leader with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Fluent English is mandatory.

- Proficiency in Spanish.
