Intern PR & Influencers/VIP (m/f/d)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global office in Milan, Italy

What you will do

• Support the PR and VIP/Influencer Manager with global PR and influencer projects, calendars, toolkits, stakeholder support, and status updates.
• Identify, contact, and maintain relationships with VIPs, influencers, and community figures.
• Track influencer collaborations and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate talent seeding activities, influencer approvals, VIP appointments, product explanations, and order management.
• Support community-building initiatives and the execution of press, influencer, and community events.
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers, contracts, invoices, bookings, and procurement and finance workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluent English is required.
