What you will do

• Support the PR & VIP/Influencer Manager with project calendars, toolkits, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist in identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with VIPs and influencers.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Manage global and local talent seeding activities and product explanations.
• Execute event activations involving press and influencers, including location negotiation and invoicing.
• Coordinate correspondence with external suppliers for communication projects and bookings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building at all levels.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
