TL;DR

Regional People & Culture Partner (HRBP): Implementing P&C strategies and initiatives for the MENAU region with an accent on operational excellence, employee relations, and talent management. Focus on bridging the gap between regional leadership and country programs to enhance organizational performance and employee experience.

Location: Must be based in Amman, Jordan with ability to travel within the region up to 20% of the time.

What you will do

  • Translate regional P&C strategies into actionable plans aligned with business goals and priorities across the MENAU region.
  • Lead regional P&C operations, performance management, and data analytics, including the Quarterly P&C scorecard.
  • Conduct thorough investigations for complex employee relations cases and provide technical advice to country P&C leads.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure the region attracts and retains top talent.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations across multiple country programs.
  • Foster an inclusive organizational culture by implementing GEDI policies and Duty of Care initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Location: Must be based in Amman, Jordan.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly preferred.
