What you will do

• Conduct commercial and financial due diligence for credit continuation vehicles and LP secondary transactions.
• Execute portfolio finance transactions, providing structured asset-backed liquidity solutions for GPs and LPs.
• Drive portfolio valuation and financial modelling to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare and present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee through written and oral presentations.
• Collaborate with external advisors and legal counsel to advance transaction diligence and execution.
• Support vertical-wide initiatives, including team development and transaction sourcing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investing roles (Credit, Private Equity, Secondaries, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting).
• Advanced numerical, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling for asset valuation and complex cash flow waterfalls.
• Deep knowledge of methodologies to analyze business models and competitive landscapes.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills for interaction with the Investment Committee.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
