What you will do

• Define the solution architecture for complex hirify.global automation projects.
• Design Agentic workflows that integrate decision-making AI and dynamic logic.
• Architect Document Understanding pipelines and Python-based integrations.
• Implement GenAI and ML solutions for semi-structured and unstructured data scenarios.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and mentorship throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing and implementing automation workflows in hirify.global.
• Expertise across the hirify.global Platform, including Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Action Apps, Test Suite, and Insights.
• Proficiency in Python (AI/ML frameworks), TypeScript, and C# with strong OOP principles.
• Demonstrable experience shipping solutions leveraging LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Machine Learning.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively within globally distributed teams and communicate complex architecture to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and AI-driven features.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Previous experience with RPA competitors such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Pega.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Understanding of hirify.global Infrastructure requirements.
