What you will do

• Consolidate and maintain Total Rewards data from HR systems, payroll, and market sources.
• Perform rigorous data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure reporting integrity.
• Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards for compensation and benefits.
• Monitor data quality metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure strict adherence to data governance and confidentiality standards within People & Culture.
• Support pay equity and minimum wage analysis by providing clean, structured datasets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Tech, Finance, or HR.
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail when working with various data sources for Rewards projects.
• English: Written and spoken proficiency required.
