What you will do

• Create best-in-class UX/UI solutions, from user flows and information architecture to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and fully styled UI components while maintaining and extending large design systems.
• Optimize product performance by conducting research and utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and multidisciplinary international teams to translate business requirements into design.
• Develop interactive prototypes and UI kits to visualize ideas and inspire stakeholders.
• Manage ongoing relationships with clients and vendors to ensure design consistency and project alignment.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of commercial projects demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
• Solid command of layout, grid systems, typography, color theory, and component-based design.
• English and Polish: Minimum B2 level required.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
• AI-First mindset and design approach.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.

Nice to have

• Experience performing UX Audits.
• Experience working on projects within the MENA region.
