What you will do

• Develop and deploy ML models for trader profiling and various business applications.
• Perform data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing using advanced feature engineering techniques.
• Monitor production model performance and handle retraining cycles.
• Integrate models into operational systems ensuring security, scalability, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with Dealing teams, Business Analysts, and BI Experts to meet business requirements.
• Stay updated with ML research to continuously optimize existing models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering).
• Experience with SQL for querying large datasets and utilizing analytic functions.
• English: C1+ level required (excellent written and verbal command).

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tools: Airflow, MLflow, DVC.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices using Git and Jenkins.
