DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare Monthly Financial Statement.
• Compile and Analyse Financial Information to prepare entries to Accounts, such as General ledger Accounts, and document business transactions.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of Accounting and Accounting control procedures.
• Analyse and review budgets and expenditures for local and head office requirements.
• Monitor and review Accounting and related system reports for Accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare revenue, Expense, Payroll entries, Invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
• Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
• Resolve Accounting discrepancies.
• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated Financial systems.
• Interact with internal and external Auditors in completing audits.
• Cash Flow Reports and managing the cash flows
• AR Follow up, Customer/Vendor Reconciliation and Monthly IC Reconciliation
• Monthly Cash/Bank Account Reconciliation and closing entries.
• To ensure that the company reputation and quality is maintained at all times.
• Knowledge of the Azerbaijani Tax legislation and other relevant legislation
• Knowledge, experience and skills in preparing tax, statistical and other official reports
• Knowledge, experience and skills in preparing financial statements
• Experience and skills in working with tax exemption or “0” level certificates
• Knowledge, experience and skills in taxing transactions with non-residents
