Group Treasury Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and execute cryptocurrency P&L liquidation strategies to optimise profits and manage FX/crypto exposures.
• Forecast and manage fiat/cryptocurrency liquidity across platforms, implementing efficiency strategies.
• Automate treasury processes and collaborate with product/engineering for new launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, payment providers, and liquidity partners for operations and expansion.
• Oversee compliance, KYC, onboarding, policies, and audits for treasury operations.
• Prepare financial analysis, reporting, and maintain treasury management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related; advanced degree/CA(SA)/CIMA preferred.
• 4-5 years in Finance or Treasury.
• Experience with on-chain treasury operations and/or crypto custody frameworks.
• Familiarity with exchange/liquidity provider flows.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Self-starter able to handle ambiguity, multiple projects in fast-paced environment; confidence in hybrid working.

Nice to have

• VASP/crypto regulatory compliance exposure (MiCA, FSCA, etc.).
• Experience building/using treasury management software.
