What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, high-performance user interfaces across devices and browsers.
• Implement Extreme Programming practices including TDD, pair programming, continuous refactoring, and clean code principles.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and QA to translate user stories into technical requirements with 100% automated test coverage.
• Work with DevOps on frontend build, deployment, release pipelines, and security best practices against web vulnerabilities.
• Optimize performance with lazy loading, code splitting, and document technical decisions and standards.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with proven experience in scalable frontend apps in Agile.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX) and UI libraries (Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Chakra UI).
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, esbuild), CSS methodologies (BEM, CSS Modules, Styled Components).
• Frontend testing (Jest, Playwright, React Testing Library), performance optimization, and integrations (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, CI/CD).

• Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).
• Mobile development (React Native, Flutter) or Headless CMS (Contentful, Strapi).
• WebAssembly (Wasm) or Storybook for component documentation.
