What you will do

• Develop financial strategy, prioritize investments, and support shareholders in exit strategies.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, cash pooling, forecasting, FX risks, and stress scenarios.
• Lead M&A transactions, due diligence, target evaluation, synergy modeling, and post-merger integration.
• Build product-level P&L models, handle budgeting, forecasting, and KPI architecture.
• Automate reporting, ensure data governance, and prepare materials for CEO and Board.

Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate finance; 2+ years in leadership roles
• Experience as CFO/Head of Finance or equivalent
• Background in tech/gaming industries; hands-on M&A and PMI experience
• Treasury experience with credit lines and liquidity management
• Product FP&A, building P&L models, consolidated reporting across entities
• Degree in finance/economics; MBA or ACCA/CPA preferred
• Readiness for frequent communication with shareholders and Board

Nice to have

• Combination of consulting and in-house finance experience
• Last 5 years in technology/digital or gaming sector
• Multi-jurisdictional experience managing multiple legal entities
• Experience with platforms like Apple/Google and monetization
• Experience in reporting automation and ERP/BI implementation
