What you will do

• Oversee maintenance and performance of 165,000 m² industrial facilities.
• Lead and supervise outsourced facility maintenance services and multiple suppliers.
• Manage contracts, tender services, and develop service models.
• Lead renovation, modernization, and construction projects in cooperation with contractors.
• Handle budgeting, long-term investment planning, and identify cost savings.
• Ensure reliability of utilities like electricity, water, compressed air, and heating/cooling systems.

Requirements

• Relevant engineering degree in construction, property management, or building services engineering
• Experience in industrial or large-scale property environments
• Strong competence in building systems, contract management, and supplier leadership
• Ability to manage projects and drive practical implementation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Finnish and English
