What you will do
- Manage administrative needs, supplies, snacks, and the office lunch program.
- Oversee local vendors, contractors, and serve as the primary contact for building management.
- Partner with leadership and HR on event planning, social activities, and local benefits programs.
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, WiFi, and video conferencing tools.
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and device setup.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and create simple troubleshooting documentation for macOS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office operations, facilities, or workplace management.
- Basic IT support experience in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with macOS and common workplace productivity tools.
- Experience collaborating with property management teams.
- Strong organizational, project management, and documentation skills.
- Must be able to work onsite in Singapore.
