TL;DR

Demand Planning Manager (Supply Chain): Managing operational demand forecasts and leading the S&OP process with an accent on forecast accuracy and inventory optimization. Focus on driving KPI results, coordinating between Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and developing team capabilities.

Location: Hybrid schedule (on-site Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)

Salary: $106,115 – $166,753

What you will do

  • Manage the consolidation of sales unit forecasts and prepare financial estimates to support budgets and strategic plans.
  • Lead the S&OP process, ensuring efficient planning for product promotions, new introductions, and discontinuations.
  • Drive key supply chain KPIs, including Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, and Lead Time.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning and Manufacturing to optimize inventory levels and manage obsolete goods.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and career development for a team of analysts, planners, and specialists.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain.
  • Proven managerial experience and team leadership skills.
  • Strong project management experience and proficiency with planning software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or Business.
  • APICS CPIM Certification.
  • Operations experience in the consumer products industry.
