What you will do

• Review and classify content quickly and correctly according to company policies.
• Use various tools to identify non-compliance issues and perform general data entry tasks.
• Provide suggestions to improve processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Respond to incoming inquiries via email and ticketing systems in a timely manner.
• Communicate urgent issues internally and externally to business stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to changing policies and new types of content.

Requirements

• Native Italian and English proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of global pop culture and active social media usage.
• Ability to make fast, fact-based decisions with high attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and prioritize.
• Proficiency in MS Office (mainly Excel) and Google Drive tools.
• Must be based in Israel and available for a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office).
