Regulatory Solutions Analyst UNE (Fintech): Managing operational and regulatory routines for the Specialized User Service Unit (UNE) to ensure compliance with CONDUSEF and CNBV frameworks. Focus on resolving customer disputes via SINE/SIGE, preparing mandatory regulatory reports, and optimizing operational process controls.

What you will do
- Manage customer queries, claims, and clarifications through the UNE, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution within legal deadlines.
- Handle disputes via CONDUSEF's SINE and SIGE platforms and prepare clear, documented response projects.
- Consolidate and submit mandatory regulatory reports, including quarterly and monthly CONDUSEF reports and the R27 for CNBV.
- Maintain regulatory information on the official website and the CONDUSEF REUNE and REDECO systems.
- Execute controls compliance testing using a Risk-Based Approach and report actionable insights to the Ombudsman Lead.
- Partner with KYC, AML, FinSec, and Legal teams to ensure coordinated responses across regulatory obligations.
Requirements
- Experience in regulatory compliance, customer dispute resolution, or UNE operations within a Mexican financial institution.
- Solid understanding of CONDUSEF regulatory obligations, including SINE/SIGE, REUNE, and REDECO frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent regulatory deadlines with high precision.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or English for regulatory correspondence with customers and authorities.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mexico City for a full-time on-site role (5 days/week).
Nice to have
- Experience preparing the R27 report for CNBV or CONDUSEF regulatory reports.
- Knowledge of Banking and SOFIPO regulations applicable to Mexican financial institutions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or SQL for data analysis.
- Background in customer-facing roles involving complaint handling.
