What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and department heads on operational HR matters and best practices.
- Ensure high-integrity HR workflows and maintain global alignment with company HR initiatives.
- Perform critical second-level review of all payroll data inputs and ensure 100% data accuracy within HiBob.
- Mentor the People Ops team, managing capacity and monitoring task volume via Jira to meet business SLAs.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify recurring process issues and drive the implementation of automation and simplified workflows.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading HR operations.
- Expertise in Malaysia’s Employment Law.
- Meticulous attention to detail, specifically regarding payroll reconciliation and HRIS management.
- Experience using HiBob and Jira for operational tracking.
- Strong communication skills with a consultative mindset for managing stakeholders across seniority levels.

- Knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Law.
