What you will do

• Architect the full talent marketing strategy, including channels, messaging, and target personas.
• Execute targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, niche developer platforms, and tech newsletters.
• Manage the employer brand voice across social media and place thought leadership stories in tech and business media.
• Implement employee advocacy programs to turn engineers and leaders into brand ambassadors.
• Define and track KPIs to connect talent marketing directly to hiring outcomes and funnel conversion.
• Lead high-impact hiring events and build strategic talent communities for long-term acquisition.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building employer brands or talent marketing at a world-class tech or product company.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create high-impact, scroll-stopping campaigns.
• Proven experience working with media and pitching stories to relevant publications.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.
• Ability to move fast, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to industry trends quickly.
