Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Belgrade, Serbia

Salary: from $3,700/month net

What you will do

• Develop and enhance critical platform components.
• Design and implement scalable mobile architecture.
• Ensure product testability and maintain high code quality.
• Participate in grooming, planning, and estimation sessions.
• Coach and mentor Middle and Junior team members.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mobile development experience (Android or iOS).
• 2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience with at least one released application.
• Solid knowledge of Dart, including streams and RxDart.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture principles, OOP, and SOLID.
• Proficiency in REST and Sockets.
• Must be willing to work from the office in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin, Java, or Swift.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Unit and Functional testing.
