What you will do

• Lead field operations across programs to ensure consistent implementation quality, data integrity, and adherence to standards.
• Continuous improvement of the field delivery model with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Manage and develop senior field staff, including Program and Field Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Utilize data to monitor field performance, identify trends, and provide decision support for the Program Director.
• Partner with Product, Data, Finance, and Operations teams to align field execution with program objectives.
• Support donor visits and the internal rollout of new programs, pilots, or technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a problem-solving heavy role such as field management, consulting, or analytics.
• Exceptional analytical ability to solve complex operational questions and run robust analyses.
• Strong communication, writing, and negotiation skills for diverse audiences.
• Practical experience with field work and field data collection.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations while simultaneously institutionalizing efficient systems.
