What you will do

• Act as a security design authority for cloud desktops, cloud identity, endpoint management, and cloud productivity services.
• Define security reference architectures, control patterns, and guardrails based on zero trust principles.
• Partner with Technology Risk Management to support architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments.
• Produce and maintain audit-ready control documentation, including architecture diagrams and control narratives.
• Govern the secure design of cloud-managed endpoint onboarding, identity-centric access controls, and data loss prevention.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and Audit teams to identify and close control gaps and risk findings.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in workplace engineering, security engineering, platform security, or risk-aligned roles.
• Strong experience with Windows-based desktop environments, including virtual or cloud-hosted models.
• Proven experience working with Technology Risk, Audit, or Governance teams.
• Deep understanding of security control design (preventive, detective, corrective).
• Ability to create architecture-grade and audit-ready technical documentation.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland

• Experience securing cloud-hosted digital workplace platforms.
