What you will do

• Customize SAP HCM PA-PM for budgeting, financing sources, and budget updates.
• Configure SAP HCM OM including organizational units, positions, and leadership functions.
• Implement specialized person-to-position assignment logic for the police and education sectors.
• Configure HKR interface connections for budgetary accounting.
• Develop functional Solution Designs, implementation documentation, and test cases.
• Coordinate with sub-projects regarding Personnel Administration, Authorizations, and Reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of practical experience with SAP HCM OM and PA-PM (Stellenwirtschaft).
• Deep customizing expertise in infotypes, plan versions, and budget elements.
• Practical experience within an SAP S/4HANA HCM environment.
• Solid understanding of the German Public Sector legal and structural framework.
• Native German language proficiency.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
