What you will do

• Design and execute a comprehensive community program and event calendar from idea to execution.
• Partner with local brands, creators, and collaborators to bring the hub to life.
• Transform member feedback and city trends into fresh, relevant programming.
• Own and manage the event budget while tracking success metrics.
• Lead key community initiatives, including the Dear Neighbour and Ambassador programs.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in events, community management, or hospitality.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Rome, Italy.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Confidence in public speaking and engaging with diverse crowds.
