What you will do

• Own and maintain the marketing website using modern frontend technologies.
• Develop performant, accessible web experiences that align with the product brand.
• Execute continuous A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to launch campaigns and features rapidly.
• Implement event tracking and hirify.globals to evaluate performance and data-driven outcomes.
• Integrate AI tools and AI-powered features like interactive demos and content generation to enhance user value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web or frontend development.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with production-grade web applications and A/B testing/experimentation.
• Ability to use analytics tools and event tracking to guide development decisions.
• Experience with APIs, Node.js, and cloud environments like AWS.
• Must be based in Stockholm and possess legal work authorization for Sweden.
