What you will do

• Drive end-to-end certification and homologation for automotive infotainment systems.
• Define and execute certification strategies in alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Act as the primary interface for certification labs, test houses, and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate certification timelines and ensure the availability of test benches and samples.
• Assess the impact of changes on certification scope and manage associated risks and escalations.
• Provide status reporting and maintain documentation for audit and approval processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Electrical, IT, Mechanical, Industrial) or similar.
• 4+ years of experience in program management or project coordination within automotive or technology sectors.
• Experience in the certification of headunit projects.
• Hands-on experience with Sample Management, Engineering Hardware, or industrialization support.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PMI methodologies, Automotive SPICE, or IATF 16949.
• Experience with VW Group programs or customers.
• Familiarity with program management tools and reporting systems.
