What you will do

• Partner with leadership teams to develop and deliver HR solutions that proactively support business strategy and employee engagement.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to stakeholders on complex HR issues based on multi-country best practices.
• Take primary responsibility for Finland Employee Relations and Labor Relations topics.
• Collaborate with Global HR functions and COEs to drive execution of programs regarding compensation, performance management, and diversity.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading country HR.
• Track record of successful partnering with managers, ideally within a consulting or technology environment.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Strong background in employee and labor relations, including negotiations.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Workday is a plus.
• Must be based near the office in Espoo, Finland.
